Policy 4741 – Reduction in Force: Support Staff

The Board of Education is authorized to reduce the number of support staff when in the Board’s sole
discretion factors including, but not limited to, decreases in student enrollment, District
reorganization or financial reasons necessitate such reduction. In malting such staff reductions, the
Board will seek to retain those staff members best able to serve the needs of District’s students.
