Policy 4830 – Board/Staff Communications

While the primary line of communication between the staff and the Board of Education remains
through the Superintendent, the Board expresses a desire to maintain open communication with the
certificated and support staff. Open communication between Board and staff facilitates continuing
improvement of education and the proper disposition of personnel matters that may arise.
