Policy 4320 – Personnel Leave

The Board of Education shall adopt regulations for the following types of leave for District employees:

1. Sick Leave
2. Personal Leave
3. Bereavement Leave
4. Leave for Jury Duty
5. Military Leave
6. Leave of Absence
7. Family and Medical Care Leave (See Policy and Regulation 4321.)
8. Domestic/Sexual Violence Victim Leave
