Policy 4330 – Holidays and Vacation

(Adopted – August 21, 2024)

The Board will annually adopt a calendar that will provide for the following holidays:

1. New Year’s Day
2. Memorial Day
3. Fourth of July
4. Labor Day
5. Thanksgiving
6. Christmas

Administrators employed on a twelve (12) month contract shall have vacation as provided in
their individual contracts. All other staff members shall utilize their leave days for vacation (see
Policy/Regulation 4310 and 4320). Vacation shall be scheduled in compliance with the
Superintendent’s guidelines and is subject to Superintendent approval.
