Policy 2410 – Health Information Records

Except as otherwise required to comply with the Individuals with Disabilities Act (IDEA) or
Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (Section 504), records containing student health
information will be stored separately from other student records in a locked file cabinet or in a
secure computer file.
